Healer Code of Conduct
All registered healers agree to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics. This includes:
- Providing accurate and honest descriptions of services.
- Practicing only within their areas of training and certification.
- Respecting the confidentiality and privacy of seekers.
- Maintaining professional boundaries at all times.
- Refraining from offering medical diagnoses or replacing licensed medical care.
2. Certification & Verification
To ensure safety and credibility, all healers are required to:
- Submit proof of relevant certifications or credentials.
- Undergo a vetting process prior to approval.
- Update their credentials if they change or expire.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove profiles that do not meet our standards or violate platform guidelines.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that life happens. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness for both parties:
- Seekers must cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may be non-refundable or subject to a partial refund at the healer’s discretion.
- Healers must also honor appointments and notify seekers promptly if rescheduling is necessary.
Disputes will be reviewed by our support team on a case-by-case basis.
4. Respectful Communication
We expect all members to:
- Communicate with kindness, respect, and cultural sensitivity.
- Avoid discriminatory, harassing, or inappropriate language.
- Refrain from soliciting unrelated services or products through the platform.
Violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
5. Privacy & Confidentiality
While we have a separate Privacy Policy, we want to reinforce that:
- Personal and session-related information shared between healer and seeker must remain confidential.
- No session may be recorded, shared, or distributed without explicit consent from both parties.
6. Zero Tolerance for Exploitation
Ultra Healers does not tolerate any form of abuse, manipulation, or exploitation. This includes but is not limited to:
- Sexual misconduct or inappropriate behavior.
- Coercive or deceptive practices.
Reports of misconduct are taken seriously and may lead to permanent removal and legal action if necessary.
7. Community Integrity
We are building more than a marketplace—we are nurturing a movement. We ask everyone involved to:
- Stay open to learning and growth.
- Support one another with humility and heart.
8. Platform Use & Fair Practice
To ensure a thriving ecosystem:
- Transactions and bookings must go through the Ultra Healers platform.
- Off-platform transactions or solicitation are not allowed.
- Healers must not misrepresent themselves or their results.
Repeated violations may result in account deactivation.
9. Liability Disclaimer
Ultra Healers is a platform that connects seekers with independent healing practitioners. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Ultra Healers does not guarantee specific outcomes or healing results.
- All services are provided by independent practitioners, not by Ultra Healers.
- You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
- Our platform is not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or legal services.
We encourage users to use their own judgment and consult licensed professionals when needed.
10. Platform Moderation Rights
To maintain the integrity of our space, Ultra Healers reserves the right to:
- Monitor user activity to ensure compliance with our policies.
- Remove or edit content that is false, misleading, or inappropriate.
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or pose a risk to the community.
- Refuse service to anyone found acting in bad faith or engaging in harmful behavior.
