3. Eligibility

We expect all members to:

5. Healer Certification and Responsibility

  • All healers listed must submit proof of certification or qualification in their field.
  • Ultra Healers may vet credentials, but we do not guarantee or warrant the effectiveness or outcomes of any healing session.
  • Healers are independent contractors and not employees or agents of Ultra Healers.

6. Booking and Payment

  • Seekers can book sessions directly with Healers.
  • Payment processing is conducted through third-party services (e.g., Stripe).
  • Ultra Healers is not liable for payment disputes unless arising from system failure on our part

7. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Each Healer may set their own cancellation and refund policies.
  • Seekers must review these terms before booking.
  • Ultra Healers is not responsible for enforcing individual refund policies.
  • Ultra Healers will help Seeker receive a refund if it is within the 24 hour Window of booking.

8. User Conduct

You agree:

9. Intellectual Property
